It is almost 100% certain that Sara is pregnant, which is good and bad at the same time. It points toward two different potential endings.
First - the happy one - after the company’s take out, she and Michael end up together and start that happy family they dream about.
The other option - the bad one - is that Michael gets killed in the process and Sara is left alone with his baby as a kind of consolation.
Now, that is an ending we don’t want to see. I just hope that everyone ends up living happily ever after - even T-Bag who’s not worth it, since in various occasions we saw he has potential for goodness.

The sniper is ready to take the shot on Lincoln after receiving Christina’s OK. But he has not a clear shot as Lincoln passes by some trees. The sniper uses his binoculars to spot him again, and so is Self. He spots the sniper and informs Alex who runs to the top of the building hunting down the man. As he runs out in the streets Lincoln grabs him, takes his gun and demands to know the whereabouts of Christina. But the sniper stabs him and runs away. A car hits him and Alex manages to retrieve his phone.
Michael and Sara take a hide at Deb’s house - she was with Sara at medical school and she rarely uses the place. They look at the family’s photos hanging all around the walls, and Michael tells Sara that they could also have a family like that. In the bathroom Sara takes a pregnancy test (about time those two get together, but hey, did we miss out the scene? we didn’t even get a hint of it).

OK, that ending was insane. The volume “Fugitive” ends with death, deception and pain. But the real question is, did they pull off an exceptional ending to a lackluster season? Read the rest of this entry »

In my recent Bully Beatdown Week 6 review, I imparted the short story of weight loss, change of habits and investing in something more important than just about anything else currently: My life. Over the last year, I’ve taken time out to improve my overall health. Last year, the week of father’s day I took a heath screen at my workplace and noted that my weight was too much, that my blood pressure was borderline high - in general, I was out of shape and needed to take stock in what I was planning for myself and my family if I didn’t change the way I was living. After getting with a trainer and dietitian for a period of time, I lost 35 pounds, have increased my muscle mass and physique and have been encouraging others to invest in the only true stock you have control of - yourself.
Since fitness has taken such a foothold in my life, I thought I’d extend the opportunity for others to take the steps to physical redemption here on The 2GuysTalking Podcast Network, by implementing a couple of new podcasts (one brand new, another from a knowledgeable and talented fitness and media specialist) that offer up some great introspection and options for YOU to begin investing in your future health.
First up we have “The Get Fit Stay Healthy Podcast”, featuring media and fitness specialist, Tina Anderson providing you with some great, short, and focused overall fitness detail that includes not only the body but the all important mind game! Click here to learn more about The Get Fit and Stay Healthy Podcast now!
Our second fitness offering is one I think is really going to allow people from all walks of life, sitting in chairs across the world, to partcipate in fitness. Ian Fagala, Certified Personal Trainer and Owner of Essential Fitness here in St. Louis, MO, will be showcasing a new podcast called “The Essential Desk Fitness Podcast.” Focusing on those of you that are dek-bound all-day and night long, The Essential Desk Fitness Podcast will offer everyone a short, straight-forward series of workouts that anyone can do anywhere. He’ll also be providing a series of inserts for The 2GuysTalking Podcast series, giving our listeners an opportunity to invest in their futures.
It’s all great, new, life-changing podcasting and it’s only from 2GuysTalking. Look for more a we arrive at the Mother and Father’s Day weekends and let us know how 2GuysTalking Fitness Podcasts are influencing YOUR podcast listening perspective!

Bully Beat Down Review - 4-26-2009
Week 6 - Thomas Denny v. Dennis
I got with a trainer and dietitian for a period of time who taught me how not only to change the way I as living but to learn now to push myself beyond what I thought my physical limits were. As of today, 10 months later, I’m down 35 pounds and have a lot more energy, smaller clothes, a different outlook on life and look forward to seeing what my “1 year review” will provide me in the way of satisfaction. It’s true what they say: you are what you eat, and I’ve seen the results.
This week’s Bully Beatdown provides us with what is probably the most fit person in the series’ brief history - Dennis. Dennis likes beating on people smaller than he is, and - not so strangely - on people he thinks are lesser than he is. Dennis is originally from Russia, land of cold, resolute no-holds-barred superhero-like boxers and in his case, Dennis is a gym rat, with the body to prove it. Dennis also clearly is devoid of a lack of respect for people that he’s known a long time. We’ll meet Dennis and his victims Stan and Andre as we propel into this fisticuffs-laced episode of MTV’s Bully Beatdown via the on-going “Savage Science Bully Beatdown review” series!
As with many of my online reviews, I’ll be reviewing the latter parts of these episodes in a “stream of consciousness” format, giving you essentially what I’m thinking as the show airs. I encourage everyone to send feedback in regard to any of the points below, especially from those of you who were, or were victims of life’s inevitable “Bullies.”
– Dennis the Bully: Dennis reminds me of several people I went to high school with, not just because of the Bully factor, but because of the actual, physical look of the man. He is cut, loves to lift weights and talks in platitudes that don’t really make much sense to anyone that has as firm grasp of reality, but make him a scholar beyond the mental limits of we, the common men. He’s even got the accent similar to a Bully I remember back in 11th grade — hmm, too bad he’s not older or he might actually be the gentleman I’m referring to. Perhaps his son?
– Multiple victims - Stan and Andre: While we can clearly gauge what kind of man Dennis is from our introduction later in the episode, his former friends Stan and Andre tell us of the physical abuse that they suffer through. Andre, with a strange scar and series of scratches on his face tells us of his encounter with Dennis, while Stan claims that “bones came through the skin of his arm” via his unanticipated experience with Dennis. The man clearly has something wrong and needs to be taught some respect. I wonder if he’ll get it this week?

We are hitting the finishing line. Last week was finally aired the first of the concluding six episodes.
Lincoln finds in their doorstep 4 envelopes with his name on and the names of Alex, Self and T-Bag. Inside there are photos of their beloved ones. Self is reluctant to reveal who the woman is in his envelope.
A furious Lincoln calls the General to find out what is this new kind of threat. General tells him that he failed to retrieve Scylla so he will suffer the consequences. Lincoln tells him that he killed the guy who came to Miami but he retrieved some keys he found in him and now they are searching this way. General tells him that now there is a new competitor after Scylla. Lincoln, guess who it is; Michael! General has a lead about where Michael is, and warns Lincoln that if he sees him he should let him know that he has given his men the green light to shoot.
