A New Steven Segal Effort - on The Small Screen?
While I think I’m in the majority of people that don’t care for the last 24 films from Steven Seagal (I’m not kidding, give it a sniff via IMDB), there was value in the man’s career at one time. It looks as though he’s going to have another grand shot at remption via the small screen over on A&E. Read on below to view the announcement we got today and be sure to stop back here at The TelevisionReviewBlogs.Com to tell us what YOU think of this new show, and - of course- what you think of Steven Seagal. -Mike2GuysTalking

About Steven Seagal Lawman:
“Steven Seagal Lawman,” is a new Real-Life series that will chronicle martial arts expert and international film star Steven Seagal’s extraordinary life in law enforcement on Wednesday, December 2nd at 10PM ET/PT on A&E with back-to-back episodes.
Seagal’s movies have grossed more than $2 billion worldwide. He is an expert martial artist with a 7th-degree black belt in aikido. But it turns out that Steven Seagal isn’t just an action hero in the movies. For almost 20 years, Seagal has been working as a fully-commissioned deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana. In fact, in addition to going out on patrol, Seagal is an expert marksman who has worked with their SWAT team and has instructed Jefferson Parish officers in firearms and hand-to-hand combat.

Years (many years). ago I was actually a fan of his movies. I liked other action heroes better, but did like SS. But either I out grew them or he went in a direction that lost my interest. Eventually, I thought he left the business. I was surprised when I saw him still making movies that never hit a theater. But like most of these later movies, I’ll probably skip this too.
